Aws keynote 2021
TwinMaker was developed for industrial and manufacturing applications or for all cases in which digital twinning is a valuable part of the analysis.
Other minor service announcements include serverless and on-demand analytics options for EMR, MSK, Kinesis, and RedShift that scale as needed, row and cell-level security for AWS Lake Formation, and transactions for managed tables in AWS Lake Formation.Īmazon also announced a new automated service for previewing digital twins, now called AWS IoT TwinMaker. Selipsky described it as “shockingly simple and will allow customers to set up and scale private 5G in days instead of months”. The reason it spans the line is because when you purchase it, it comes with all of the hardware necessary to build a private 5G network. SEE: Hiring Kit: Database Engineer (TechRepublic Premium) Gravitron 3 is reported to be 25% faster than Gravitron 2 in general computing workloads, twice faster in scientific floating point calculations, 3 times faster in general machine learning workloads, and uses 60% less energy than the previous generation chip. Today the Gravitron 3 chip was announced. The keynote began with a discussion of how AWS’s EC2 instances were the first real change for the company and how the next big step were the in-house ARM-based Gravitron chips he built.
